- Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage credit limits, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements to clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries or disputes.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to improve credit control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
- A good understanding of financial processes and systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for accounting and data management.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Hourly pay of approximately £16.20 - £19.80, based on skills and experience.
