  • Responsible for building & executing the supply plan (incl. Finished Goods & Material planning for Free issue) to meet the sales forecast and business growth - providing a clear overview to the wider business
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast supply to prevent overstocking or out of stocks, ensuring optimal inventory turnover
  • Develop and implement standardised processes & cadence for Supply Planning team, whilst also identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and implement KPI visibility of the supply performance to the wider business- On shelf availability, Stock cover, Stock value, Average leadtime, Out of stock risks & plans
  • Continuously assess supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, implement LOI programs and overall improvements to enhance efficiency, lead times and effectiveness
  • Implement inventory tracking systems and lead efforts to minimise excess stock and write-offs - providing clear updates to the business
  • Identify gaps in the tools needed to enhance productivity of the team
  • Manage the key day to day activities of the Supply team
Requirements:These skills will help you go far in this role:
  • Experience as a Manager in Supply Planning, Production planning or Manufacturing Supply Chain role
  • Experience in the Beauty industry as a must have - knowledge of the supply chain of beauty products
  • Experience in implementing process improvements- able to quickly identify gaps in ways of working and implement solutions
  • Prior experience of supply chain must have processes & KPI & ability to implement
  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Systems - experience of Netsuite preferable
  • Advanced command of Excel - must have
  • Self starter, proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement mindset
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Great communicator, interacts well with all levels within the organisation
  • Strong collaboration skills & able to form long term relationships with internal & external stakeholders
