- Experience within a busy office environment with a demonstrable aptitude for IT and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite within a work environment.
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Effectively working within a customer service function.
- Understanding of Information Governance and Data Protection Act/GDPR
- Understanding of Working Time Directive regulations
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and recommended good practice.
- Knowledge of Home Office requirements relating to employment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of NHS staff groups and Trust organisational hierarchy.
- Fully utilising Temporary Staffing systems and administering / enforcing controls.
- An understanding of National Temporary Staffing Best Practice.

- European Computer Driving License or equivalent experience
- GCSE Maths Grade A-C or equivalent
- Full UK Driving License, and willingness to obtain appropriate insurance to cover business travel
- Able and willing to work across NHS sites across Kent & Medway
- Maintains compliance with Trust statutory / mandatory training requirements
