- Working for a small number of group subsidiaries in Germany, UK, USA, UAE, Switzerland, Austria, France, Belgium
- Process invoices in foreign languages (DE, EN, FR)
- Post invoices in SAP
- Allocate to correct account and project
- Manage invoice / goods receipt issues with supplier
- Reconcile Goods Receipt/No Invoice accounts (GRNI)
- Prepare payment proposal in SAP
- Upload payment proposal to bank
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Manage prepayments and the prepayment approval process
- Process expense reports and manage the expense tool N2F
- Entry of correct tax handling
- Manage Master Data setup of new vendors
- Manage the team of AP specialists, training them in accounting, SAP and VAT related topics
- Maintaining the posting handbook jointly with the general ledger accounting
- Able to quickly understand business processes in depth, include all relevant shareholders and drive improvements
- Vocational training as specialist accounting or at least bachelor degree
- Certification beneficial: UK ACCA or US CPA or Germany Bilanzbuchhalter
- Work experiences in specific field 5 years or more in an international environment
- SAP R/3 or S/4 experience required (SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Languages: English (full fluency), (German full fluency)
