- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
- Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
- May include support roles with specialised technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.

- Deep understanding of safety protocols and the ability to promote a safety-first culture.
- Competence in monitoring and interpreting performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in manufacturing, operations,
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar credentials are highly desirable.
