- Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists: Understand proposals and implementation requirements.
- Detail and Plan Solutions: Develop comprehensive plans for seamless solution delivery, including transition and implementation plans.
- Host project kick-off meetings to establish project teams, scope, goals, and timelines.
- Manage regular project team meetings, ensuring project activities stay on track using appropriate project management tools.
- Communicate progress updates to key stakeholders, including clients, branch managers, and technical sales specialists.
- Oversee the execution of project compliance-related activities, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Project Commissioning and Acceptance: Organise project commissioning and ensure customer satisfaction, handing over completed projects to Solution Sales Specialists.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead reviews of completed projects, capturing and actioning learning points to drive improvement.
- Screen and Assess External Partners: Work with the Electronic Security team to select partners for installation and maintenance.
- Manage Partners End-to-End: From contractual arrangements to on-site work, ensure service level agreements are formalised with internal and external partners.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction within the solution business.
- Meet KPIs and SLAs for clients and sales.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the Solution Delivery Manager.
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
- 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects in Electronic Security or a related industry.
- Project Management qualifications.
- Experience in technology-oriented roles and managing project margins.
- Commercial business experience for dealing with external partners.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- High work capacity and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders.
- Supportive, no-blame culture, focusing on collective success.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
