Working with colleagues in IT teams and business representatives, you will ensure that our integrated applications remain available across supported platforms while being maintained in line with business requirements.About the RoleIn the position of ADCE, your role will include the following responsibilities:You will assist in the management and resolution of incidents, and resolve a range of calls, including support and development requests, system configuration and the provision of management reporting
  • Engage with suppliers, business leads, business partners, Enterprise Architects, TDG and other stakeholders to support and develop key applications
  • Escalate calls to suppliers and partners, and take ownership of the calls to manage the resolution
  • You will work closely with Lead Senior Technical Specialists to develop, maintain and support improvements in a wide range of business applications and technologies
  • Coordinate and plan testing resource availability
  • You will also act as an escalation point for complex support queries from the wider team
  • You will specifically work to mitigate single points of failure and promote best practice, customer communication and product knowledge
  • Line management of Assistant Technical Specialists and Apprentices
  • Plan and manage the work of Assistant Technical Specialists and Apprentices
  • Ensure support documentation is maintained and up to date, including CMDB, Wiki, Marval solutions and KATS (Knowledge) records
About YouTo apply for this post, you must have:
  • Proven significant ICT experience in a large ICT environment
  • Experience working with both technical and professional staff
  • Experience in delivering complex business processes and configuring business applications
  • Ownership of application configuration issues
  • Detailed knowledge of the use of at least one of the following applications - Mosaic, Synergy, IAS (LAS and ContrOCC) and Anywhere365
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate a flexible, innovative and positive approach
