
Senior/Assistant Manager – OMB Tax (Property)

- Advising our clients in areas such as stamp duty land tax, capital allowances, property-based incorporations, UK property tax planning or structure advice, as well as assisting in some areas of corporate reconstructions and transactions
- Work will include preparing initial advice reports or letters, and preparing capital allowance analysis and reports, as well as advising on sales and purchases of property
- Working with managers and directors in the owner managed business advisory team to deliver tax advisory work
- Liaising with clients and potential new clients including telephone calls, Teams meetings and face to face meetings
- Researching and preparing scopes and quotes for new work
- Stay updated on tax legislation and policies
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or nearly qualified) or equivalent
- Experience of tax advisory or compliance in the areas above
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements
- Knowledge of both corporate and personal tax and ability to liaise across numerous teams across the firm
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
