- Managing day-to-day front office operations (Reception and Nights).
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a motivated team.
- Creating rotas, setting team objectives, and tracking KPIs.
- Working cross-departmentally to maximise occupancy and promote hotel services.
- Resolving guest and staff issues confidently and professionally.
- Ensuring staff are well-informed about hotel offerings and local attractions.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star hotel ideally part of a Hotel Group.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Calm under pressure, with a hands-on approach.
- Opera PMS experience is desired but not essential if you have used other PMS.
- Flexible with working hours - early and late shifts, 5 out of 7 days.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about hospitality.
