This role requires a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the Accounting & Finance department within a not-for-profit organisation. Based in London, the position involves assisting with financial operations and ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and support reconciliations.
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use.
  • Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and finances.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial documents to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency.

  • Experience in financial administration or a related field.
  • AP and AR knowledge essential
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
