
Finance Administrator

- Process and maintain financial records, including raising purchase orders and processing of invoices and providing invoice back up
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve any issues
- Liaising with multiple contacts to fulfil the role
- Assist with the preparation and submission of business reports for multiple departments
- Support the client and the business budgeting and management information activities
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Handle general administrative tasks such as business reports, managing and storing of data
- Liaising with Vendors
- Maintaining up to date spreadsheets/systems. Identifying and reconciliation any discrepancies
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as and when required
- Enthusiastic approach and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role, finance experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient multi-tasker
- Have a high level of confidentiality and integrity
