Build and convert the pipeline of opportunities associated with AO Establish and agree key performance targets and financial budgets for the team in line with set objectives Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the team The job holder will be expected to have knowledge and experience across a number of the following areas: Property-focused consultancy delivery or equivalent Leading complex projects Managing business relationships at the board level Directly influencing client behaviours and decisions Bringing global expertise to clients Asset life cycle modelling/replacement and backlog Benchmarking / should cost modelling TOTEX optimisation Working with multi-disciplinary teams and delivering major programmes or portfolios of work Championing innovation, digital tools, and sustainability-led asset strategies Ability to generate cross-sales from existing client base Public and private sector client landscape Facilities Management advisory Portfolio strategy PFI advisory, including handback Likely to be a degree-qualified property professional or with full membership of IWFM / RICS or other professionally related organisation Master's degree or other qualifications (business-related disciplines) are advantageous
