Permanent - 12 hoursWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Band 4 Qualified Nursing Associate. You will work within the community nursing out of hours service, providing home-based care led by Community Nurses. This post is for the evening service who work 7pm-11pm. We are part of the Integrated Community Services Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton.   • Ability to organise and priorities own delegated workload.
  • oAbility to deal with Non-routine and unpredictable nature of workload and individual patient contact.
