- Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
- Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain an efficient work space.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as on boarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and approachable demeanour, with a focus on confidentiality.
