- Leading crisis communication strategies to mitigate risk and manage reputational challenges
- Monitoring media coverage, social sentiment and public perception to identify opportunities and risks
- Managing the PR budget and ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Tracking and analysing PR campaign performance reporting on key metrics and ROI
- Writing and editing press releases, articles, emails, and other promotional content
- Organising and managing events such as product launches, store openings, and public appearances
- Generating engaging content to boost reputation, awareness, and brand authority
- Supporting new store openings with effective PR and campaign launches
- Keeping a close eye on competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends
- Working cross-functionally with Buying, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising, and Creative teams to deliver impactful, joined-up campaigns
