- Identify and research potential leads using a variety of modern sales tools and CRM systems.
- Develop and send outbound communications via email and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture early-stage marketing leads.
- Coordinate the transition of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team for further engagement.
- Support follow-up activities for campaigns and events.
- Contribute to the creation of outbound materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue team and other cross-functional departments.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance lead data, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot and other relevant platforms.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar prospecting role within healthtech / SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Professional proficiency or native fluency in English.
- Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Highly organized, consistent, and capable of managing multiple outreach streams simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities and messaging may shift.
- Receptive to feedback and eager to collaborate within a team that values continuous improvement.
