Senior Sales Negotiator - MerseaAre you a confident and driven estate agency professional with a passion for property sales?We're seeking a talented Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful team in the picturesque coastal town of Mersea.What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and progressing property sales from instruction to completion
  • Conducting viewings and delivering persuasive property presentations
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities to grow market share
What we're looking for:
  • Proven success as a Sales Negotiator, ideally at senior level
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to work
  • Good local market knowledge of Mersea and surrounding areas
  • Full UK driving licence
