What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Handling residential sales and lettings from start to finish
  • Providing top-tier customer service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Conducting viewings and following up with potential clients
  • Negotiating sales and tenancy terms
  • Driving new business and expanding market share
  • Working as part of a motivated, professional team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Extensive experience in residential sales and/or lettings
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Positive attitude with a fantastic telephone manner
  • Professional appearance and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Determined, team-oriented, and ambitious
