As Practice Lead – Interim Management, you will:
- Build and lead our interim offering from the ground up, with full autonomy.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for interim placements.
- Cultivate relationships with senior interim professionals and client stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality, time-sensitive solutions across transformation, turnaround, and leadership gaps.
- Collaborate with our permanent search team to offer integrated talent solutions.

- Proven experience in interim recruitment, ideally at senior or executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep network of interim professionals and client contacts.
