- Win new instructions and maintain a strong pipeline of quality stock to support your team
- Drive business development with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Keep up-to-date with all agreed sales and lettings, monitor their progress, and assist the team with any issues that arise.
- Provide hands-on leadership and day-to-day operational management
- Coach and mentor your team, nurturing both them as individual and as a team to ensure sales and lettings success
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Branch Manager in estate agency
- Strong knowledge of the Solihull property market is highly advantageous
