- Gathering and interpreting data, to understand costs and improve efficiencies across all aspects of customer supply chain.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in areas such as transport, materials management, and order processing.
- Working closely with commercial and marketing teams to ensure new products are listed properly and support changes to existing ranges.
- Negotiating with customers to implement new, more efficient ways of working.
- Supply chain, logistics, or customer service background, preferably gained in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communicator, able to work closely with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Strong IT skills - SAP experience would be ideal (although training can be provided) and advance Excel knowledge.
