- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership in SaaS solutions for financial institutions
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth or scale-up environments
- Deep expertise in Tier 2/3 banking ecosystems, including regulatory frameworks and decision-making processes
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into compelling business value
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Advanced negotiation capabilities with experience managing enterprise-level contract discussions
- Comprehensive understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with data privacy frameworks and regulatory technology solutions
- Proficiency in modern sales technologies (CRM, sales enablement, AI tools and social selling platforms)
- Experience building and scaling sales functions from inception (desirable)
