A new self-storage site is opening in Maldon, and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to play a key role in its success. - Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Sales-Focused Support: Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready.
- Admin Tasks: Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Adaptability: No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A-game!
- 2+ years in a customer service, sales, or admin role
- A confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems
- A proactive self-starter who works well in a close-knit team
- Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks
- Salary: £26,000 – £28,500 per year (depending on experience)

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8-hour shifts between 8am–6pm
- Thursday: 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm
- Saturday: 9am–6pm
- Sunday: 10am–4pm
