Reporting to the Parts Manager, this customer facing role will provide assistance to our parts operations, and provides you with a varied role where no two days look the same. This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis.Responsibilities
- Support Parts colleagues by delivering parts to aid service operations
- Assist in picking and packing parts order and delivering to customers
- Provide outstanding customer service when delivering parts to customers
- Ensure deliveries and collections are completed within required timeframes
- Complete required paperwork to confirm receipt or delivery of parts
- Ensure driving operations are completed to the highest safety standards and in line with road laws
- A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
- Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks and routes
- Excellent paperwork skills
