We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:Who will you be supporting?Within this service there are 3 individuals that have learning disabilities, 2 female and 1 male and there is also a wheelchair userWhat is important to us?One individual loves food shopping, meals out, cinema trips, coffee and cake, clothes shopping, visits to the hairdresser, beach days, and bowling.One individual enjoys bowling, taking the train to Liverpool, dining out, exploring arcades, shopping for clothes, going to the cinema, and hitting the gym.One individual is a fan of long walks, coffee and cake, cinema outings, nail salon visits, and clothes shopping.One individual attends the day centre Monday to Friday, and on weekends she enjoys long walks, scenic drives, coffee and cake, and meals out.Other Important Information?Three members of staff on shift as we all enjoy one to one timeThe shift pattern in our service is 9am-11pm sleep 7am- 9am, 9am-5pm and 9am-8pmWe need staff that will learn how to communicate and learn out routine as this is important to us. We need staff who will understand our needs and support us the best way to life a happy lifeYour values:We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
