What do you need?
  • Ideally some previous experience of working with young people.
  • The ability to relate well to teenagers and share interests such as beauty therapy, fashion and wants to get involved.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.
  • We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient with a keen interest in young people and understanding of their lives today.
  • Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
  • Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working long day shifts and sleep-ins.
