This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and deliver tailored learning solutions that support BBVA’s global Compliance and Regulatory agenda.About the job:Strategic support and alignment:Leading the training and certifications lifecycle for compliance across different units and geographies while aligning with business priorities and regulatory requirements.Management of mandatory training and certifications functions, being the focal point of contact for the stakeholders (Compliance, Business, Learning, etc.) from the different units and geographies.Work closely with the CIB Learning Leader to ensure the efficient execution of learning operations and alignment with learning strategies.Process management:Partner with Compliance, Business Units, and divisional learning teams to identify, assess, and prioritize regulatory training and certifications needs to ensure timely and effective rollouts.Coordinate and follow up with the Learning Management System operational team on the training setup and matriculation.Creation of working groups for testing training in pre-production and conducting training tests.Logistics and coordination:Lead training and certifications end-to-end processes, ensuring operational efficiency and service delivery.Coordinate logistics and suppliers/ third-party vendors.Reporting & monitoring:Reporting follow-up and analysis, including data gathering from different sources and teams.Generate and track training and certifications dashboards to ensure compliance.Ensure high data quality and error control, leading incident management.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:An academic background in finance, economics, or law is nice to have.5+ years of experience in areas related to audit, compliance, risk management, learning, or consulting.Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 or above) is mandatory for the performance of dealing functions.
