- Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
- Act as the key intermediary between senior stakeholders and junior team members-supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
- Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
- Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
- Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Good understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
- Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
