Job DescriptionAV ManagerInitial 3-month Contract Role3 days a week in Birmingham Office£400 - £525, Inside IR35ECS Resource group are currently working with a World's Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for an AV Manager to support the full development life cycle of AV installations.As an AV Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the design, installation, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
  • Act as the key intermediary between senior stakeholders and junior team members-supporting reporting lines both upwards and downwards.
  • Ensure all AV works are completed and align with installation plans.
  • Provide floorwalking support and assist end users with AV technology.
  • Deliver first-line support on minor technical issues, including AV and basic IT/networking troubleshooting.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the AV team throughout the project lifecycle.
Please note, the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
  • Good understanding of AV infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and support AV hardware/software.
  • Confident working on-site in a complex and high-expectation environment, managing tight timelines.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable managing their own workload and reporting within a project team.
