With a reputation for creative problem-solving, open collaboration, and exceeding client expectations, they are now seeking a driven Site Manager to join their expanding team.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-quality fit-out projects across London and work alongside a passionate and dedicated team.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Site Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects on time, to spec, and to budget. From initial site set-up to project handover, you'll ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication
Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets
Report regularly to the Project Manager/Director

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out or interiors
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS or SSSTS preferred)
Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and trades on-site
Proactive, solution-focused, and hands-on approach
