Kennedys is looking for an Senior Associate to work on complex liability and injury matters, primarily within employers' and public liability. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claims, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, a working knowledge of coverage is required.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships are essential.TeamOur national practice services personal injury claims from seven office locations across the UK.   • Mixed value, non-volume, up to high multi-track

Required experience
  • 5 + years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
  • Litigation experience of assisting up to high multi-track defence work
  • Basic policy coverage
