Senior Associate Private Client

- Manage a high-quality caseload across Wills, Probate/Estate Administration, LPAs/Deputyships, Trusts and estate/IHT planning
- Take ownership of client relationships and develop referrer networks across South Yorkshire
- Supervise and mentor junior fee earners; contribute to technical standards and workflow improvements
- Lead and support business development activity (seminars, articles, networking)
- Work to clear progression criteria aligned to delivery, leadership and practice growth
- 5+ years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (Wills & Probate focus)
- Confident running files end-to-end with experience supervising others
- Strong client care, commercial awareness and desire for progression
- STEP qualification (or working towards) welcomed
- £55,000 - £85,000 base salary (DOE)
- 20% annual bonus above target
