• Overseeing drainage, slab, and ducting works as per project requirements
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Handling project documentation and reporting progress to senior management
• Ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines

• Strong background in heavy civils, particularly in drainage, slab, and ducting works
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in managing blue-collar workers and ensuring high performance
• Understanding of health and safety standards and practices
• Previous experience in water treatment is preferred but not essential
