This contract role involves overseeing all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing teams, resources, and subcontractors, as well as maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management:
Directing and coordinating all on-site operations, including the allocation of resources, and ensuring work is carried out according to the project plan and specifications. * Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance:Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the site adheres to environmental policies. * Quality Control:Monitoring work quality, identifying and addressing defects, and ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications. * Project Planning and Execution:Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, as well as adapting to changes and resolving any issues that arise.Job Requirements:
  • Experience in managing major construction projects
  • Comprehensive understanding of the HTP sector
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate on-site operations
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in project planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
