Due to retirement an opportunity has arisen to join our friendly forward thinking practice. We are situated in North East Wales on the Welsh/English border. There are good connections to nearby cities with the historical city of Chester being only 5 miles away. There are also excellent schooling options in the local area. We have a list size of 10500 patients and deliver our GMS contract over 3 sites. Our main site is Hawarden Health Centre with branch sites in Saltney and Buckley. Hawarden is located 6.7 miles from Chester and is 4 miles from the English border, we are close to motorway links giving direct access to Liverpool and ManchesterWe have one ANP, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA.
