
Vehicle Technician

- Basic Salary up to £36,450 Depending on experience + bonus!
- Annual Leave: 31 Days Holiday Per Year (including Bank Holidays)
- Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hrs + optional overtime
- Must have City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in vehicle repair
- Maintain and repair vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring they are serviced and repaired in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, liaising closely with Service Advisors and customers.
- Perform Vehicle Health Checks, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Complete all jobs within agreed timeframes while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Road test vehicles to ensure all issues are resolved and customers' expectations are exceeded.
- Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards, ensuring minimal repeat repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment meet health and safety standards.
- A formal qualification in Vehicle Repair (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Proven diagnostic and fault-finding experience (desirable).
- A full, valid UK driving license.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a “right first time” attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and awareness of health and safety procedures.
