Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Oldham
  • Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (subject to experience) + Performance Bonus
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, plus every third Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm
  • Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays
About the RoleThis role is for a long-established family-run business with an excellent reputation for providing specialist care and attention to prestige vehicles. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering long-term career development and the opportunity to work on a wide range of luxury and performance vehicles, including Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, Volkswagen, and more.Key Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct accurate and detailed inspections on prestige and complex vehicles.
  • Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
  • Carry out precise mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive workshop team.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding workmanship.
Requirements for a vehicle Technician:
  • Qualified to Level 2 or above in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.Experience working with prestige vehicle brands.
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
