Staffline are Hiring!!We have new full-time Permanent job vacancies for Production Line LeadersOur perfect candidate will have experience working in Food manufacturing, Supervisory, team leader, Line leader experience, and have strong working knowledge of Operating food processing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing settingThe working hours for this role:3 on 3 off , Days and Nights rotating, 12hr shifts (Please note you must be able to work both shifts)Alongside a competitive salary, the role offers Career progressionIn your new role as Production Line Leader:
  • Managing your production team
  • Assessing any training needs
  • Mentoring
  • Organise and complete product changeovers
  • Work closely with senior management
  • Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
  • Operating food processing machinery and equipment, working alongside maintenance for any faults that occur
  • Trouble shooting
  • Accurately follow Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulations
  • All other associated tasks
To be considered for the role of Production Line Leader
  • Strong knowledge of Machinery in a food manufacturing setting
  • Experience in fast-paced Food manufacturing
  • Experience in a leadership position within a Food manufacturing environment
  • Committed to Quality, Safety and communication
  • Team Focused and self-directed
  • Process driven
  • IT Skills
