Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading North Wales manufacturer, in their search for a Production Team Leader to work at their state-of-the-art Wrexham facility.For the successful Production Team Leader, our client is offering:
  • Salary of circa £42,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday, Days role
  • Permanent position with a progressive and expanding company

The Role – Production Team Leader:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing production team to meet manufacturing targets safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and internal policies, maintaining constant audit readiness
  • Support and develop team capabilities to ensure delivery of the production schedule on time and in full
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence
What our client is looking for in a Production Team Leader:
  • Experience in a similar team leadership role within a highly regulated industry – ESSENTIAL
  • Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) – ESSENTIAL
  • Educated to Degree Level - BENEFICIAL
  • A Levels or HND in an appropriate discipline - ESSENTIAL
  • A proactive leader with a passion for team development and operational excellence
  • Project Management experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Experienced with New Product Implementation - BENEFICIAL
