This role is integral to supporting student success through the development and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. With a focus on fostering an inclusive and engaging educational environment, this position contributes to our department's reputation for excellence in construction education.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeAs a Lecturer in Progress within the Construction Department, your key responsibilities are to:
- Deliver and manage inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard, ensuring student success.
- Support curriculum design, development, and delivery in line with programme regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and enhance student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while providing targeted support.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and actively engage with B&FC’s academic community through professional practice, scholarship, and research.
