- Manage and develop relationships within key NHS trusts, to grow and maintain Tork business
- Prepare short and long term sales plans, through identified new business opportunities
- Negotiate terms and conditions with the customer
- Achieve net sales and strategic product growth targets
- Develop bespoke implementation plans to ensure proactive growth of premium Tork products within the Healthcare sector
- Support a specific distribution partner in South Wales
- Deliver customer training across paper and skincare products
- Proven experience in end customer development and account management within B2B
- Previous sales experience in either healthcare, tissue, skincare or the janitorial market
- Proven experience/knowledge of working with NHS Trusts
- Strong planning and organisation skills that have delivered against targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to seek out sales opportunities
- Is determined, has patience as well as urgency to initiate and develop customer relationships
- Takes responsibility and is accountable in approach to work objectives and targets
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and CRM
