- Drive the sell-in of TORK skincare products across healthcare accounts (NHS and Private).
- Deliver expert clinical consultation and education to improve hygiene outcomes.
- Identify and progress skincare opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Lead product trials and demonstrate measurable outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Train internal sales teams and external distributors to boost selling capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with thought leaders and influencers in the hygiene space.
- Collaborate with marketing to shape annual plans and impactful campaigns.
- Advocate for better hygiene standards across the industry.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance our value proposition.
- An experienced account manager or sales professional, ideally with a background in healthcare or hygiene – Previous experience within the NHS highly desirable.
- A confident communicator and influencer, able to engage clinical and commercial audiences across the IPS community.
- Passionate about improving hygiene and skincare outcomes.
- Comfortable working remotely while staying connected with cross-functional teams.
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to add value.
