  • Leading fleet strategy & planning, overseeing procurement and lifecycle planning for our entire vehicle and plant fleet, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Driving operational excellence, managing fleet rotation, stock controls, and robust asset management processes to keep our operations efficient and cost-effective.
  • Champion innovation & sustainability, engaging with suppliers to bring forward-thinking, sustainable solutions that future-proof our fleet and maintain a market-leading product portfolio.
  • Delivering insight & influencing eecisions, providing data-driven insights, cost forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
  • Collaborating & supporting, working closely with the Plant Director and operational teams to develop new business streams and deliver the fleet needed to achieve our business plan.

  • Experience in vehicle or plant fleet management
  • Strong background in plant and transport fleet operations
  • Proven supplier management expertise
  • Previous senior role in a vehicle or plant business
  • Ability to show financial acumen to drive P&L improvement
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
  • Exceptional time management and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and confident presenting to senior leadership
