- Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organisational goals
- Lead employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's objectives
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring the best fit for the team
- Provide mentorship and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices
- Lead and participate in HR projects that drive organisational change and improvement
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations across the UK and other supported areas
- Support a culture of diversity and inclusivity, promoting a connected and encouraging workplace
- Mentor a dedicated HR adviser, fostering their growth and ensuring effective team collaboration.
- Build and implement HR strategies that align with strategic objectives and anticipate future challenges and opportunities
- Understand market dynamics to make informed decisions that support organisational goals
- Develop solid relationships with business leaders, employees, and collaborators to encourage collaboration and achieve success
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve practices
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee agreement
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, ensuring clarity and alignment on HR policies and initiatives
- Address complex HR issues in a fast-growing environment with innovative solutions
- Have extensive experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD are strongly desirable
