Recruitment Partner -12 months contractLocation: NottinghamshireSalary: £40,000We're supporting a large, fast-paced organisation in their search for a Recruitment Partner to join their in-house talent team. This role will give you exposure to a wide variety of functions, from HR and Finance to Marketing and Digital, with plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.The RoleAs Recruitment Partner, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of roles (around 25-35 at a time), working closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process. You'll be proactive in finding talent, managing stakeholders, and helping to shape the company's employer brand.Key responsibilities:Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas.Proactively sourcing candidates through direct methods and talent pipelines.Building strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and advice.Supporting culture and values-based selection processes.Using creative methods (social media, campaigns, networks) to attract talent.Managing recruitment processes through the ATS and providing reporting where needed.Supporting early careers and graduate recruitment initiatives.Collaborating with external partners such as agencies, universities, and platforms.About YouProven recruitment experience (in-house or agency).Ability to manage a high volume of roles in a fast-moving environment.Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise effectively.Comfortable using an ATS and data insights to support hiring decisions.Collaborative mindset and a desire to grow your career within a global business.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a well-known, international organisation.Get in touch or apply today to find out more about this fantastic recruitment opportunity!
