This role will take theresponsibility of running Commercial Finance team for this leading FTSE Housebuilder.You will support and deputise for the Finance Director, taking responsibility for all forecasting, cashflow and FP&A for this high profile division. The role will lead and mentor an established team of 4 and work on improving systems, control and processes as part of a wider company transformation. You'll regularly be the "go to" for Operational and Group contacts and will work closely with the M.D also.This will be a varied and challenging role and a fantastic entry point to this progressive and expanding Property group.Ideal candidates will be Qualified Accountants with experience of Commercial Finance in the Housebuilding/Construction sector.
