Car Sales Executive required in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.Our client runs a busy dealership and successful showroom and is looking for a target orientated Car Sales Executive who has a focused and driven approach to join their friendly team based in Southend-on-sea.Their focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management in place!Detail & Benefits of this Car Sales Executive vacancy:
  • Salary: The site and brand are extremely busy, the targeted OTE is £45,000 but you would be able to achieve over £55,000 utilising your skills and the excellent customer following.
  • Company Car: They provide an e-cos car which costs significantly less than a normal company car with the average deduction of £120 per month from your monthly salary.
  • Pay Plan: this is very transparent and there more ways to earn money than just selling units and ad ons!
  • Working Hours: Full Time - Every Saturday worked, every other Sunday worked and a day off in the week.
  • Company: Franchise / Main Car Dealer.
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
  • Required: UK Right to Work & Full Driving Licence.
Duties of a sales executive Include:
  • To sell new/used cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets.
  • Keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays.
  • Resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle.
  • Explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate the features of the car and offer any other support that may be required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong and successful background in new/used car sales experience from within a Franchised / Main Car Dealer. You will also need to be brand focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity.
