- Answer and execute group bookings and group materials.
- Handling of OTA bookings and materials
- Tripleseat Administration – Primary responsibility for all input and reporting functions for Tripleseat.
- Communication and follow up with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
- Maintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, skirting, etc.).
- Update local cafe website (marketing tiles, files, event calendar, information and images)
- Partnering with Sales & Marketing Manager in the prospecting calls to corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings.
- Assist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business.
- Attend meetings with S&M Manager as requested to communicate events/functions to management team and/or staff.
- Coordinate operations between departments.
- Attend client functions marketing events and designated parties to provide support and representation of the department.
- Execute concierge and tour guides sales visits and dedicated programs.
- Know, understand, and practice (with energy and enthusiasm) the mission, values, mottos, culture and spirit that make Hard Rock unique.
- Work as a team, helping all departments to complete the required activities or projects that ensure we achieve successful events or outcomes reflecting the brand.
- Email marketing creation using approved corporate templates and platforms.
- Local Social Media management in communication with Support Center On-Line Marketing team
- Relevant experience in an Sales & Marketing role with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Strong online affine behavior as well as Social Media expertise
- Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to the team
- Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events
- High level of business acumen and common sense
- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
- Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners and other employees of the organization.
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required
- Must have valid UK work permit to work in this location.
