The team provide care for residents living with a learning disability, those who require complex care that requires specialist. Currently there are residents between the ages of 22 to 90 who call Marchglen their home. Marchglen is a unique service as it offers specialist provision of care which is inclusive of younger adults.Life at Marchglen is vibrant and full of life, our resident-led care ensures that all of our residents lives are fulfilled and full of joy and happiness.As our new Home Manager, you will:Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
