This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to Join a dedicated and compassionate care team where your skills and heart can truly make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and their families. Marchglen Care Centre is a purpose-built home for up to 37 residents, comprising of four houses that make up the Marchglen community. The team provide care for residents living with a learning disability, those who require complex care that requires specialist.Main duties of the jobAs the new Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You will foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
