This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a lawyer seeking quality work and genuine scope for career progression. The successful candidate will advise an impressive range of clients-from early-stage enterprises and charitable organisations to privately owned UK businesses and multinational subsidiaries-across a broad spectrum of commercial issues.In the role you will:
- Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, licensing, IP, and IT arrangements
- Work on Data protection compliance and strategic advisory work
- Support on transactional corporate matters in cross-practice collaboration
- Handle sector-specific work including emerging tech and AI regulation
